Former "That 70's Show" star Ashton Kutcher is making sure his voice is heard when it comes to Brittney Jones' plan to distribute a sex tape through Vivid Entertainment. The company -- who is best known its attempts to buy up tapes such as Kendra Wilkinson's and Heidi Montag's (which may or may not actually exist) -- has been attempting to promote the Jones tape under the premise that she may have had sexual relations with the actor. (Ashton has publicly denied infidelity from wife Demi Moore a number of times.)
In new court documents obtained by TMZ, attorneys for Kutcher make special note of a sentence that particularly draws their ire in Vivid's advertisement: “Ashton’s fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced.” The documents fire back by saying that Vivid is “attempting to misappropriate and convert the potential economic value in Mr. Kutcher’s identity to [its] own advantage.”
There is still little in the way of evidence to suggest that Kutcher has exhibited even the slightest hint of infidelity -- although Jones and people close to her have made claims, there is still no substantial evidence to back it up.
With all of this information in mind -- and with Vivid using Ashton's name as a potential selling point -- do you believe he will win a lawsuit if the case heads to court?
